Graduated and PhD in Sociology and Economy Development from EHESS, Paris, François-Xavier de Perthuis de Laillevault has been an expert in international cooperation and development for over 20 years.

Teaching

From 2008 onwards, François-Xavier was a teacher in economics, sociology and in evaluation and monitoring of public policies at the University of Panthéon Sorbonne (Paris I, in a program part of the 3rd year of the Public Administration degree), at the University Paris Descartes (Paris V) and at the University of Vincennes Saint-Denis (Paris VIII).

Expert trainer

François-Xavier de Perthuis de Laillevault has been a trainer for executives working in the French cooperation system, and for executives of the General Information Cycle from the Belgian development agency (Coopération Technique Belge or CTB) in Brussels, Belgium.

François-Xavier has given many lectures in France and abroad.
